Each of our salsas and dips are unique, and offer some kind of twist that makes it unique and memorable (and, or course, sexy). Check out each one below.

Salsa Roja

Our famous red salsa gets a lot of attention from lovers of breakfast tacos, but it’s also excellent on more elegant dishes. Thicker and chunkier than most salsas, this one starts with whole tomatoes and is blended with a fresh and zesty mix of jalapeno peppers, garlic, flame-roasted onions, fresh lime juice, cilantro and more.

Comes in medium and hot.

Salsa Verde

This is a very authentic Spanish-flavored salsa based with whole tomatillos, cilantro, cumin (or, “comino”), serrano peppers and more. Your pork will never be the same! Totally traditional, yet offering flavors that are heavenly distinctive and succulent.

Comes in medium and hot.

Mambo Combo Salsa

Our most popular salsa is a combo of Roja and Verde … the best of both worlds! Whole tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, garlic, flame-roasted onions, fresh lime juice, cilantro, whole tomatillos, cumin, serrano peppers, spices and more.

Comes in medium and hot.

Creamy Cilantro Salsa Dip

This award-winning creamy dip has been tantalizing discerning taste buds for years. It is sour-cream based with a strong focus on our love for fresh cilantro as well as serrano peppers and a great blend of seasonings. Perfect for any seafood, poultry, or veggies!

Comes in medium.

Roasted Almond Chimuchurri w/mint

Not typical of traditional Argentinian chimichurri, it’s a cream-based sauce with roasted almonds, serrano peppers, lime, a hint of mint and more. From grilled lamb chops to shrimp tacos … and did anyone say salad dressing?

Comes in medium.
